The United States Warns of Potential Targeting of Palestine by Iran
The White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby has issued a warning about Iran’s capability to target the occupied Palestinian territories in response to recent deadly incidents involving the Israeli regime. Operation True Promise, a significant attack launched by Iran against the occupied territories, involved over 300 drones and missiles. This was preceded by the assassination of two Iranian generals in Damascus and the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran.
Iranian Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has vowed a harsh response to these actions, prompting the US to take necessary precautions. The threat extends beyond Iran, with Lebanon’s Hezbollah also vowing revenge for the assassination of one of its military commanders. Flight cancellations at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion airport indicate growing tensions and concerns about potential retaliatory actions.
The situation remains volatile as Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah are all warned to potentially target Israeli interests abroad in the near future.
