Ukraine Loses Up to 600 Soldiers in Battles With Russia’s Southern Troops
Russia’s Yug (South) group of forces has eliminated up to 600 Ukrainian servicemen over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
According to the ministry, the Ukrainian armed forces lost up to 600 servicemen, two combat armored vehicles, and eight cars in battles with the southern group. Russia’s Zapad (West) group of forces repelled four counterattacks, eliminating up to 450 Ukrainian soldiers, while the Tsentr (Center) group repulsed nine counterattacks, eliminating up to 440 Ukrainian soldiers. The Vostok (East) group repelled a counterattack, eliminating up to 140 Ukrainian servicepeople.
