Former spokesman President Obasanjo, Dr Doyin Okupe, has tendered an apology to the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mr Mele Kyari, for his past criticism of the corporation’s leadership.
